Our annual gala event at the Sheraton Centre Toronto was the must-attend again this year. Prizes, dancing and two very special host stars were featured – Ben and Lainey from etalk on CTV!

We want to thank all the 1,350 industry people who came out for the fun and frivolity, and to assist the charities and scholarship endeavours that Broadcast Executives Society supports.

Congratulations as well to our many winners. We gave away thousands of dollars in prizes to over 50 lucky winners. Our 50/25/25 cash draw provided a very happy holiday season to the two cash winners who each walked away with $2,500 in cash!

We also had a special draw for a Broadcast Executives Society membership: congratulations to Chris Arthur at Corus Entertainment.

At the evening event, we also raised cash for charities thanks to our members and friends who attended. Everyone enjoyed the karaoke, funfoto booths, psychics and the DJ and dancing till the late hours. A special door prize was awarded here as well: congratulations to Lydia Stratus of CHUMFM who won a Panasonic stereo system!

Thanks again for your support and have a very happy holiday season.
